Shipping and delivery

Postage costs

  • Within the Netherlands :
    • All orders within the Netherlands are shipped free of charge.

Shipping time

  • Processing time :
    • Orders will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt of payment, with the exception of custom-made jewelry.

Custom-made jewelry

  • Custom order :
    • Special conditions apply to custom-made jewelry, which will be determined in consultation. Processing times and shipping details will be discussed separately with the customer.

Delivery

  • Shipping method :
    • Orders are shipped with PostNL in a letterbox package with Track & Trace.
  • Delivery time :
    • After dispatch, packages are usually delivered within approximately 24 hours, from Tuesday to Saturday.

Tracking

  • Track & Trace :
    • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the Track & Trace code with which you can track your package.
