Returns
At Femme V., we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt.
Conditions for returns:
- Return notification: Register your return within 14 days here .
- Product Condition: The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs: We charge €4.95 for return shipping. This cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Submit a return request:
Go to your profile, refund policy, or returns page and request a return.
1. Log in to your account:
1. Enter your email address in the 'Email' field and then click 'Continue'.
2. Open the email sent from our store in your email account and copy the six-digit verification code.
3. Return to the webshop and enter the verification code.
2. Click on the order you want to return.
3. If your order contains more than one item, select the items you wish to return.
4. Select a reason for the return and add a note for the store.
5. Click on 'Submit application'.
If your return request is approved and ready to be shipped, you'll receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. Once the product is returned, you'll receive a refund.
Returns Processing:
- Inspection: After receiving your return, we will inspect the product to confirm that it meets our return policy.
- Refund: If the product is in good condition, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned shipment. The €4.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exceptions:
- Custom-made products, personalized items, and sealed products that cannot be returned after opening for hygienic reasons are not eligible for return.
Exchange is not possible.
