Femme V Warranty Policy

At Femme V., we pride ourselves on the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. We strive to offer our customers only the finest products. To ensure our commitment to quality, we offer various warranty periods on our jewelry.

Warranty conditions

  • Warranty duration :
    • General warranty : The warranty period for all our jewelry is 6 months from the date of receipt, excluding non-gold-filled charms. This warranty covers discoloration and breakage of the jewelry.
    • Non-gold filled charms : Non-gold filled charms have a 1 month warranty from the date of receipt against discoloration and loss of stones.
  • Coverage : Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and material defects that occur during normal use of the jewelry.
  • Exclusions : The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
    • Improper use or misuse of the product.
    • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents.
    • Exposure to harsh chemicals or extreme temperatures.
    • Repairs or modifications carried out by third parties without prior permission from Femme V.

Warranty process

If you experience a problem with your jewelry within the warranty period, please contact our customer service at klantenservice@femmev.nl . Please provide the following information:

  1. Your name and contact details.
  2. Order number.
  3. A detailed description of the problem.
  4. Photos of the jewelry and its defects (if possible).

Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with further instructions for returning or repairing the product.

Returns and repairs

  • Inspection : Upon receipt of the returned jewelry, our team will inspect the product to determine the problem.
  • Repair or replacement : If the defect is covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace the jewelry.
  • Shipping costs : The shipping costs for returning the jewelry are the customer's responsibility. If the defect is covered by the warranty, Femme V. will cover the return shipping costs.
